Fender Japan Heritage Series

The Heritage Series was created with a strong emphasis on vintage accuracy, incorporating historical Fender specifications and profiling data into Japanese production.

On this Telecaster Custom, that approach is reflected in the traditional body and neck geometry, double-bound construction, vintage-radius rosewood fingerboard, nitrocellulose finish, and period-inspired hardware.

Custom Heritage ’60s Pickups

The custom black-bobbin Heritage ’60s single-coils are paired with a cloth-wired harness and CTS pots for a distinctly vintage-inspired electronics package.

The bridge pickup provides the crisp attack, clarity, and lively response associated with a great Telecaster, while the neck position offers a warmer, rounder voice with plenty of definition.

’60s Telecaster Custom Styling

The double-bound alder body is one of the defining visual features of the early-’60s Telecaster Custom design.

Combined with the 3-Tone Sunburst nitro finish, rosewood fingerboard, and vintage-style hardware, it gives this guitar the elegant appearance associated with some of Fender’s most desirable early-’60s instruments.

Neck & Playability

The maple neck features a comfortable ’60s C profile with a vintage-inspired feel. Its slender frets and rosewood fingerboard further reinforce the traditional character of the Heritage design.

The guitar has been professionally set up and is ready to play.
