We use FedEx for all our shipments, ensuring safe and secure delivery. Your item will be shipped with signature confirmation and full insurance, providing you with peace of mind. Before sending out your guitar/bass/pedal, we double-check and test it to guarantee its quality. We also loosen the strings for transit. Each item is carefully packed in a brand-new box, ready to head to its new home. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

All orders placed within the contiguous 48 United States are eligible for free shipping. There's no minimum order requirement.

UTAH RESIDENTS

If you call Utah home, we're obliged to apply your local sales tax. To make this process smoother for you, we kindly request that you visit our Reverb store, as they have the capability to manage the sales tax. Regrettably, we don't have a physical storefront and don't operate by appointments. However, we do provide a convenient option for free delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you decide to return your item, please send us a message explaining your reason for return or exchange. Once approved, you'll receive a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back.
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy on all new and used gear. All returns must be shipped back in the same condition as when they arrived.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the original shipment ($80 for domestic) and return shipping.
If you are paying with PayPal, please note that a 3% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Unfortunately, PayPal does not refund merchant/processing fees.
Please allow 2 business days to process all refunds once the item is received by us.
