For Sale: 2022 Gibson ES-335 Satin Natural | Mojotone ’59 Clone PAFs | OHSC + Paperwork

Up for sale is a 2022 Gibson ES-335 Satin in beautiful Natural, complete with its original Gibson hard-shell case and paperwork.

This ES-335 has been upgraded with a set of Mojotone ’59 Clone humbuckers with aged covers, giving it a vintage-inspired PAF voice that pairs beautifully with the classic semi-hollow construction. The original pickups are not included.

The original satin finish has also been polished and naturally worn to a noticeable sheen, giving the guitar more of a vintage gloss appearance than the original factory satin look.

Condition

Very Good – 8.5/10

This guitar shows light scratches and dings throughout from normal use.

The factory satin finish has been polished/worn smooth in areas and is now considerably shinier than it would have been originally. Rather than the completely matte appearance of a typical satin-finished ES-335, it has developed more of a vintage gloss look.

Please review the detailed photos carefully for the most accurate representation of its cosmetic condition.

The original Gibson hard-shell case and paperwork are included.

Mojotone ’59 Clone PAF-Style Humbuckers

The factory pickups have been replaced with a set of Mojotone ’59 Clone humbuckers with aged covers. The original pickups are not included.

Designed around the character of late-1950s PAF-style humbuckers, these pickups have a balanced, open response with excellent clarity and dynamics. They sound fantastic in the semi-hollow ES-335 platform and are versatile enough to cover everything from blues and classic rock to cleaner and more articulate styles.

The aged covers also complement the guitar’s increasingly vintage appearance.

Classic ES-335 Construction

The ES-335’s 3-ply maple/poplar/maple body and solid maple center block combine the resonance and openness of a semi-hollow guitar with the sustain and stability of a solidbody.

Paired with the mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard, it delivers the familiar balance of warmth, clarity, and responsiveness that has made the ES-335 one of Gibson’s most enduring designs.

Nashville Bridge Upgrade

The original bridge has been replaced with a Gibson Nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge.

The original bridge is not included.

Polished Satin Finish

One of the more distinctive aspects of this guitar is the appearance of its finish. The original satin nitro has been polished and worn to a much shinier surface, creating a look closer to an aged or vintage gloss finish.

It gives the Natural finish a unique broken-in appearance while allowing the maple grain to show beautifully.
