Classic Firebird Construction

The Firebird’s neck-through design gives it a distinctly different feel and response from Gibson’s more traditional set-neck models.

Its multi-ply mahogany/walnut neck extends through the body between mahogany wings, creating a solid, resonant platform while the slim neck profile gives this example a fast, comfortable feel.

Firebird Mini Humbuckers

The original Firebird mini humbuckers deliver the model’s characteristic combination of clarity, bite, and definition.

They retain plenty of humbucker fullness while offering a more focused and articulate response, giving the Firebird a voice that stands apart from a traditional Les Paul or SG.
