For Sale: 2008 Gibson Les Paul LP-295 Goldtop Bigsby w/ OHSC

Up for sale is a 2008 Gibson Les Paul LP-295 in Goldtop, complete with its original hard-shell case.

This is a very cool and relatively hard-to-find Gibson model that blends the look of a 1950s ES-295 with the feel of a Les Paul solid body. Produced as Gibson’s Guitar of the Month for April 2008, the LP-295 was a limited edition of just 1,000 guitars. Features include a Goldtop finish, Florentine cutaway, Bigsby B70 tremolo, cream pickguard with painted gold floral design, and a set of ’57 Classic humbuckers that suit the model very well.

This example is in very good condition and has clearly been well cared for.

Condition

I would rate this guitar very good overall. It shows light scratches, a few dings, some wear on the pickguard, and some wear on the corner of the headstock that appears to have been touched up at some point. Please review all photos carefully for the most accurate representation of condition.

There are no cracks, breaks, or structural issues. The neck is straight, the frets are in great shape, and the guitar plays cleanly up and down the neck with no issues. It has also been recently professionally set up and is ready to go.

The original hard-shell case is included and works great. There is some light wear to the case handle, but nothing that affects functionality.
