The Fender Japan Heritage Series represents the highest level of vintage-inspired production offered by Fender Japan. Designed to faithfully capture the look, feel, and tone of original mid-'60s Jazzmasters, the Heritage models feature premium tonewoods, a nitrocellulose lacquer finish, vintage-correct specifications, and specially voiced Heritage pickups.

Finished in a stunning gloss Black nitrocellulose lacquer with a matching painted headstock and gold transition logo, this is one of the cleanest and most elegant Jazzmaster finishes Fender Japan has produced. The matching headstock perfectly complements the classic offset body and gives the guitar an upscale custom look that immediately stands out.

Unlike most Heritage models, which were originally sold with a gig bag, this guitar includes a non-original hard-shell case. Not only is this a significant upgrade for storage and travel, but it also ensures your guitar will arrive much better protected during shipping than it would in a gig bag.
