Up for sale is a 1997 Fender Roscoe Beck V 5-String Bass in Teal Green Metallic, complete with its original hard-shell case.

This is a very cool and highly versatile late-’90s Fender bass designed in collaboration with Roscoe Beck. The Roscoe Beck V is widely regarded as one of the most flexible passive Fender basses ever produced, thanks to its special Side-By-Side humbuckers and sophisticated switching system. It delivers an impressive range of tones, from classic Jazz Bass-style snap and articulation to fuller, punchier humbucker sounds, all without relying on an onboard preamp. Finished in Teal Green Metallic, this one has a great look and a strong stage presence.

Condition

This bass is in very good condition and I would rate it a solid 8.5/10. It shows light surface scratches and dings throughout from normal use. Please review all photos carefully for the most accurate representation of condition.

Everything on the instrument is 100% original. There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs. The neck is straight, the original frets show no wear, and the bass plays cleanly up and down the neck with no buzzing or dead spots. It has also been recently professionally set up and is ready to go.

The original hard-shell case is included.
