Up for grabs is a truly stunning 2021 Gibson Custom Shop 60th Anniversary ‘61 Les Paul SG Custom Ultra Light Aged Black, a one-of-a-kind guitar that combines vintage styling with modern playability. This guitar was originally part of a limited run ordered by Chicago Music Exchange, where only 5 in Classic White and 5 in Antique Ebony with Ultra Light Aging were made. However, this particular guitar stands out as it was re-sold through the Reverb Gibson Mod Shop as a one-off with unique relic work and custom modifications.

The relic work is absolutely incredible – it looks like a 60-year-old guitar that's been through countless gigs, yet plays and sounds as fresh as ever. The middle pickup has been modded to be fully usable by wiring it to the neck tone knob, allowing you to blend it with the neck, bridge, or both pickups at any volume. This mod opens up an entirely new sonic world, offering more tonal possibilities than your standard SG.

Condition & Features:

• Condition Rating: 9/10 – The guitar shows plenty of factory relic wear, which blends seamlessly with the factory aging. There are light scratches, dings, and the character you'd expect from a beautifully aged instrument.

• Modifications: The middle pickup has been rewired to be blended with both neck and bridge pickups for additional tonal versatility. Additionally, each pickup now has its own volume knob, and there's a single tone knob for simplicity.

• Neck: Straight and solid, ensuring smooth, effortless playability.

• Frets: In excellent condition with minimal wear, providing a smooth and responsive playing experience.

• Playability: Recently professionally set up for optimal performance. No buzzing, no dead spots—just pure tonal bliss.
