For sale is a very rare 2006 Gibson SG GT in Metallic Red with the original hard-shell case. This guitar takes inspiration from the Ford Mustang Shelby GT-500, resulting in a striking and unique instrument. Standout features include the hot rod racing stripes, a removable hood scoop tail-piece, a Neutrik locking cable jack, dual truss rods, locking metal button Grover tuners, and push/pull coil taps.

While this guitar has been played, it is in very good condition and in perfect working order. There are some scratches, dings, and a touch of finish checking, consistent with its age and use. Overall, I would confidently rate the condition at a solid 8.8 out of 10. All components on the guitar are original, and there are no cracks, repairs, or notable issues. The neck is straight and without any concerns. The original frets remain in excellent condition with no signs of wear, and there is no buzzing or dead spots. I have recently performed a setup to ensure optimal playability.
