It has been played but is in very good condition and in perfect working order. There are some light scratches, dings, spots where the blue has discolored, and some finish checking by the neck joint. The finish checking at the neck joint is very common on Rickenbacker guitars. Overall, I would rate the condition a solid 8.8 out of 10.
