It boasts a round soundhole with a triple-ring rosette accented by rippled pearl, a mahogany neck, and an ebony fingerboard with intricate green abalone inlays of dog paws and dog bones. The 20th fret has a "Sugar Ray" signature inlay. Additional details include an ebony headstock overlay with a mother-of-pearl bulldog head inlay, chrome Schaller tuners with ebony knobs, and an ebony belly bridge with abalone-dot bridge pins. The polished gloss finish with Red Toner top and Red Stain back and sides gives it a distinctive look, and it features two labels—one signed by C.F. Martin IV and numbered, and the other signed by the members of Sugar Ray. The guitar has a 25.4-inch scale length.
