2000 Gibson Les Paul Custom 1968 Reissue Black Beauty with original Gibson hard-shell case. I do not have the COA. This guitar has the original Gibson Burstbucker 2 and 3 classic pickups , a chunky neck, and weighs 9 lbs 8 oz. This guitar has been played, but is in good condition with average play-wear. There are light scratches, dings, and some wear on the back. Overall I would give the guitar a solid 8.5 out 10 condition. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the pictures you can see pictures of the frets, guitar taken apart, and any wear in detail. Everything is original on this guitar including the electronics. The case has been used, but works great. The neck is straight with no issues.
