1998 Fender Masterbuilt Jason Davis 5 String Protoype with hard case. A pretty rare bird we have here as even the standard production Jason Davis bass guitars are hard to find, let alone a prototype. The back of the headstock is printed "PROTO" above the Fender Masterbuilt logo. This bass guitar has been played, but is in excellent condition. For those that do not know, Jason Davis is known for making more exotic Fender bass guitars and made the crazy looking exotic Fender that Tye Zamora of Alien Antfarm plays. I'm not sure if the case is original and I do not have a COA. I'm not even sure if this bass came with a COA. There are some light scratches and some tiny dings. Overall, I would give it a solid 9 out of 10 condition.
