For sale is a 1989 Gibson Flying V β67 Reissue in the rare Classic White finish. This particular model holds special significance as it represents the very first year Gibson reissued the '67 Flying V, making it a highly sought-after and collectible guitar. Accompanied by its original hard-shell case, this guitar has been played but is in excellent condition and perfect working order.
While there are some light scratches and minor discoloration on the back of the neck due to age, the overall condition is impressive, warranting a solid 9 out of 10 rating. Additionally, there are small cracks in the plastic pickup bobbins, a common occurrence with vintage pickups. However, these cracks are stable and do not affect the sound quality.
With Exception to a replaced nut, everything on the guitar is original, and the neck is straight with no issues. The original frets are in excellent condition, showing minimal signs of wear. There is no buzzing or dead spots, as the guitar has recently undergone a setup to ensure optimal playability. Detailed photos of the wear on the guitar are provided, showcasing the actual instrument available for purchase.
