For sale is a 1965 Fender Stratocaster in Lake Placid Blue with the original case. Original Lake Placid Blue finish, 2JUN65B neck stamp, Alder body, Fender slim B shaped Maple neck with a 7.25” radius Rosewood fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.65” nut width, Factory pickups/wiring and hardware, Original neck finish and headstock decal, The neck thickness is .81′′ at the first and .97′′ at the 12th frets, and weighs 7 pounds 4 ounces.
This guitar is in very good condition, and in perfect working order. There are some scratches, dings, and some finish checking. There are no cracks, repairs, or issues. The neck is straight with no issues and plays great. The frets, nut, input jack, and 1 shaft to a tone pot have been replaced. Everything else on the guitar is original. The non-original frets are in excellent condition with no wear. The guitar was re-fretted with vintage style frets. The original case has a little bit of wear but works great.
