For sale is a 1978 Gibson Les Paul Custom Natural 3-Pickup with a non-original case. This guitar has been played but is in good condition and in perfect working order. There are some scratches, dings, and some wear on the back. Overall, I would rate the condition a solid 7.5 out of 10. The nut has been upgraded to a brass nut, pickups replaced with vintage Dimarzios, the middle pickup was routed, and coil taps have been added. All the work done on the guitar was done very well. Everything else on the guitar is original. There are no cracks, repairs, or issues. The neck is straight with no issues. The original frets are in excellent condition with minor wear. There is no buzzing or dead spots. The non-original case has a bit of wear and a broken latch but works great. These Norlin era Les Pauls are getting more and more popular and harder to find. This would make an amazing player that won't break the bank.
