Stephen Carpenter Signature Design

The SCT-607B takes Stephen Carpenter’s extended-range concept and places it into a distinctive T-style body, creating a guitar that looks familiar at first glance but is built specifically for modern low-tuned playing.

Its 27" baritone scale and 7-string configuration provide the additional range and string tension associated with Carpenter’s playing style, while neck-thru construction allows for smooth access across all 24 extra-jumbo frets.

Fishman Fluence SRC Signature Pickups

This version of the SCT-607B features Fishman Fluence Stephen Carpenter SRC Signature 3-Voice pickups, with an Alnico pickup in the middle position and Ceramic pickup at the bridge.

The multi-voice electronics and 5-way Super Switch provide considerably more flexibility than a conventional two-humbucker setup, ranging from powerful modern active-style sounds to more passive-inspired attack and cutting single-coil-style tones.

It’s a versatile electronics package designed to maintain definition and articulation across the SCT-607B’s extended 7-string range.
