For Sale: 2022 Fender Japan MIJ HARUNA Telecaster Boost – Arctic White | Dual Shawbuckers | Tweed HSC

Up for sale is a 2022 Fender Made in Japan HARUNA Telecaster Boost in Arctic White, complete with a non-original tweed hard-shell case.

Created for HARUNA of SCANDAL to commemorate the 15th anniversary of her musical career, the Telecaster Boost takes the familiar Tele platform in a distinctly different direction. Its mahogany body, dual Shawbucker humbuckers, Adjusto-Matic bridge, and C-shaped maple neck give it a powerful personality of its own.

Visually, the Arctic White finish is accented by pearl body binding, silver hardware, block fingerboard inlays, and a matching Arctic White headstock, creating a striking look that immediately separates it from a traditional Telecaster.

HARUNA Signature Telecaster

Designed around the playing requirements and visual identity of SCANDAL guitarist and vocalist HARUNA, the Telecaster Boost was created to handle the wide range of sounds found throughout the band's music, from cleaner pop and ballad textures to more aggressive rock material.

Rather than simply modifying a conventional Telecaster, Fender gave the Boost its own combination of construction, electronics, hardware, and distinctive signature styling.

Dual Shawbuckers & Mahogany Body

A pair of Fender Shawbucker humbuckers gives this model a fuller and more powerful voice than a traditional single-coil Telecaster.

Combined with the mahogany body and Adjusto-Matic bridge, the configuration provides a strong, focused response with plenty of body and sustain while retaining the immediacy expected from a solidbody Fender.

Arctic White Signature Styling

The Arctic White finish is complemented by pearl body binding, silver hardware, block inlays, and a matching headstock.

The result is a clean but unmistakable appearance that stays recognizably Telecaster while giving HARUNA's signature model an identity all its own.

Upgraded Tweed Hard-Shell Case

This guitar includes a non-original tweed hard-shell case rather than a gig bag, providing a much more substantial level of protection for storage, transport, and shipping.

It is a particularly nice upgrade for this example and helps set it apart from other HARUNA Telecaster Boost models offered with soft gig bags. The classic tweed exterior also complements the guitar beautifully while giving the package a more premium presentation.
