Up for sale is a 2008 Rickenbacker 4001C64 in Satin Mapleglo, complete with its original Rickenbacker hard-shell case.

The 4001C64 is one of Rickenbacker’s most desirable vintage-inspired bass models, built as a tribute to Paul McCartney’s famous left-handed 1964 Rickenbacker 4001S. Featuring vintage-style appointments, toaster neck pickup, horseshoe-style bridge pickup, crushed pearl inlays, and a satin Mapleglo finish, these basses capture the vibe and feel of an early ’60s Rickenbacker beautifully.

This example is in very good condition and has clearly been well cared for.

Please note: the original paperwork and case candy are not included with this bass. The original Rickenbacker hard-shell case is included.

This bass shows honest cosmetic wear consistent with normal use, including:

The bass is completely original and in excellent playing condition. There are no cracks, repairs, or structural issues. The neck is straight, the original frets are in excellent condition with no visible wear, and the bass has recently been professionally set up. It plays cleanly up and down the neck with no buzzing or dead spots.

The original hard-shell case is included. It shows some minor cosmetic wear from age and use but remains fully functional.
