For sale is a 1989 Gibson Les Paul Custom in a beautiful Wine Red, with original case. This guitar is in very good condition and in perfect working order. There are some scratches, dings, tarnish to the gold hardware, and some wear on the back. Overall, I would rate the condition, a solid 8 out of 10. Everything on the guitar is original. There are no cracks, repairs, or issues. The neck is straight with no issues and plays great. The original frets are in very condition with minor wear. There is still plenty of life in the frets, and there is no buzzing or dead spots. The original case does have wear but works great.
They just aren't making Les Pauls, the way they used to, and these older ones are getting harder to find. With the current state of Gibson and the shortage of certain woods, you're seeing fewer guitars with ebony fingerboards like the one on this guitar.
