For sale is a used 1983 Fender Fullerton era 1962 Reissue Jazz Bass in original Black with original hard case. This bass was made in the original Fender Fullerton, CA factory and is a custom color. Fullerton era reissue guitars and basses are regarded as some of the best Fender has ever made. Fender started making reissue guitars and basses in 1982. In 1984 the Fender Fullerton factory closed down and they relocated to the now current Corona factory. Because of this, there are a limited number of reissue guitars and basses that came out of the Fullerton factory and they have become quite collectible. This bass guitar has been played and has plenty of vintage vibe. It feels like you're playing a real 62 Jazz bass. There are scratches, dings. and finish checking throughout the bass. There are no cracks or major issues. Everything on the bass is original. We have taken her apart to verify this. One of the pickups is a rare red bottom pickup. The weight of the bass is 9 lbs 4 oz.
