Up for sale is a 1999 Fender Japan ’62 Reissue Jaguar JG66-85 CIJ in Candy Apple Red with a matching headstock, complete with a gig bag.

This is a very cool late-’90s Crafted in Japan Jaguar with classic styling, great color, and all of the features that make these Fender Japan offsets so desirable. With its alder body, 24" scale length, rosewood fingerboard, and traditional Jaguar electronics, this guitar delivers the look, feel, and tone you would expect from a good vintage-inspired Jaguar.

Condition

This guitar is in very good condition and I would rate it a solid 8.5/10. It shows light scratches, some tarnish to the hardware, and a few dings from normal use, but nothing excessive. Please review all photos carefully for the most accurate representation of condition.

It is all original with no cracks, repairs, or structural issues. The neck is straight, the original frets are in excellent condition, and the guitar plays cleanly up and down the neck with no buzzing or dead spots. It has also been recently professionally set up and is ready to go.
