For sale is a 1998 Martin D-42 Acoustic Guitar with original case. This guitar is in excellent condition and in perfect working order. There are some light scratches, dings, some clear coat wear on the back of the headstock, and a little bit of binding separation at the very bottom of the fingerboard (nearest to the sound hole). This is very common and does not effect anything. Overall, I would give it a solid 8.5 out of 10 condition. Everything on the guitar is original. There are no cracks, repairs, or major issues. The neck is straight with no issues. The original frets are in excellent condition with very minor wear. The original case works great.
