Up for sale is a 1998 Gibson Les Paul Custom Plus in Honeyburst, complete with its original Gibson hard-shell case.

This is a very desirable late-’90s Les Paul Custom Plus from Gibson’s well-known “Good Wood Era,” a period many players and collectors appreciate for its strong craftsmanship and excellent tonewoods. Finished in Honeyburst, this one has a great look, with the upscale feel and rich voice you’d expect from a Les Paul Custom. With its carved maple top, ebony fingerboard, gold hardware, and original Gibson pickups, this is a great example of a high-quality modern-era Custom.

Condition

This guitar is in very good condition and I would rate it a solid 8.5/10. It shows light surface scratches, a few small dings, some wear on the back, and expected tarnish to the gold hardware from normal use and age. Please review all photos carefully for the most accurate representation of condition.

There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs. The neck is straight and stable, the frets are in excellent condition with very little wear, and the guitar plays cleanly up and down the neck with no buzzing or dead spots. It has also been recently professionally set up and is ready to go.

The original Gibson hard-shell case is included.
