For sale is a 1989 Rickenbacker 4001 Bass Guitar with original case. This bass guitar is in very good condition and in perfect working order. The bass has been refinished. They also refinished the fingerboard. It's not the best refinish, but it's pretty good. The clear coat does bubble in spots on the fingerboard. There are also scratches, dings, and wear on the back. Overall, I would give it a solid 7.5 out of 10 condition. Everything on the bass is original other than the refinish and frets. There are no cracks, repairs, or major issues. The neck is straight with no issues. The frets are in excellent condition with no wear. The original case has wear, but works great.
