For sale is a 1980 Gibson Les Paul 25/50 Anniversary Model in a beautiful super rare original Black finish with original Gibson Chainsaw case. Here's a rare bird you don't see every day. The burst versions are pretty common, but you never see black as it just wasn't a popular color for this model when it came out and is the rarest color for this model. This instrument is in excellent condition for being 38 years old and in perfect working order. There are some scratches, dings, finish checking on the binding/guitar, a little tarnish to the hardware, and a little wear on the back. Overall, I would give it a solid 8.5 out of 10 condition. Everything on the guitar is original. There are no cracks, repairs, or issues. The neck is straight with no issues. The original frets are in excellent condition with no wear. The original case works great.
