For sale is a 1976 Gibson Les Paul Custom Ebony Black Beauty with non original case. This instrument is in very good condition and in perfect working order. There are some scratches, dings, lots of finish checking and some wear on the back. There are some extra holes from the original tuners on the back of the head stock. At one point this guitar had a mini toggle switch installed, but it has since been removed and the hole was plugged and finished over. Overall, I would give it a solid 7.5 out of 10 condition. There are no cracks, repairs, or major issues. The neck is straight with no issues. The original frets are in good condition with moderate wear. The guitar plays great with no buzzing or dead spots. The pick-ups, pots, tuners, and plastic knobs have been replaced. Everything else on the guitar is original. The non original case works great, but has some wear and a broken latch.
