For sale is a 1973 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Goldtop with original case. This guitar is in very good condition and in perfect working order. There are some scratches, dings, buckle wear on the back, and two minor stress cracks in the finish by the posts for the tail-piece. This is caused by moisture getting in the posts. The "G" tuner is bent, but still works great. The guitar is marked a factory "2". In the 70's and 80's Gibson would put this on guitars that had factory blemishes in the finish. By now most vintage guitars have blemishes, so there is no difference. Overall, I would give it a solid 8 out of 10 condition. Everything on the guitar is original. There are no repairs or major issues. The neck is straight with no issues. The original frets are in excellent condition with minor wear. The original case works great.
